The Oregon College Savings Plan wants to help all families across Oregon save for community college, university or trade school. Studies from the Center for Social Development show that children with even a small college savings account are 2.5 times more likely to enroll in and graduate from college than children with nothing set aside for higher education. With this in mind, we created the Oregon Scholars program. Partnering universities want to reward your dedicated savings by offering additional cost savings when attending their schools. By simply saving in an Oregon College Savings Plan account, you save money when attending these partnering schools.
